Building Information

The City of Rigby requires a building permit to be issued for all construction, remodel or additions within the city limits. Please see a link to the appropriate permit below, and then contact Tess Soll, P & Z Administrator, for next steps at (208) 745-8111, Ext 119 or [email protected].

*Per RIgby City Code no building or structure shall be erected, converted, enlarged, reconstructed, or structurally altered, nor shall any building or land be used for any purpose other than is permitted in the district in which the building or land is located.
