Proposed action – accept the FY 2024 Audit and instruct the Consultant to file with the Office of the State Controller as required

a. County Line project area MOU

i. Review of MOU with County Line Development, LLC

ii. Seek direction on study area boundaries

Proposed action: approve the MOU with County Line Development, LLC to undertake the planning process for a proposed urban renewal development project and authorize the Vice-Chair to sign the MOU and for the administrator to work with the developer to execute the same and collect the funds outlined in the MOU.

Proposed action: approve the minutes of February 19, 2026
