The City of Rigby provides culinary water, sanitary sewer, and garbage services to residents within the City’s corporate limits.
Below, you will find information about opening a new utility account, our welcome packet for new residents, and instructions for setting up online bill pay and automatic payments.
To open a new utility account, at least one applicant must appear in person at City Hall and provide the following:
- A valid (non-expired) government-issued photo ID
- A utility deposit equal to two months of utility service fees
- A completed utility application
Utility applications may be completed in person at City Hall or downloaded using the button below, completed in advance, and brought to City Hall when you are ready to establish service.
Most other utility account changes can be handled by phone or in person at City Hall.
